PAYMENTS

Living Collective accepts the following forms of payment:

An 8.679% sales tax will be applied for all orders delivered to a Missouri address. This rate is also applicable for any order picked up at our office located in the Central West End, St. Louis. 

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders placed Tuesday thru Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday (as we are currently closed on Mondays), or holiday will ship within 24 hours of the next business day.

Living Collective ships via USPS. You will receive an email notification containing tracking once your order has been scanned in by the Postal Service. When entering your shipping address, please ensure you are using a secure location; we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

The shipment pricing available to you is based on the weight of your order. This enables us to give you the most accurate calculation. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Living Collective ships internationally via USPS. Please allow an estimated 1 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We use a standard average international rate but please e-mail hello@living-collective.com for an exact quote. We can then send an invoice with the custom international rate (pricing will depend on the weight of your order and shipping country, pricing varies greatly). 

Import duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you have specific questions regarding a country’s individual rates.

 

LOCAL PICK-UP

We offer free pick up at our office in the Central West End, St. Louis, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Please select this option during check out and we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please note that you will still be required to provide a shipping address with this option.

 

GIFT WRAP

We beautifully wrap all of our orders (if we do say so ourselves) but if you are purchasing an item that you would like gift wrapped, please notify us in the “special instructions” box during checkout.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available in various amounts. We will send the gift card within an email for you to distribute to your desired recipients. There will be specific instructions on redemption included with the gift card e-mail.

 

PROCUCT PRICING

The pricing of our products is set forth by the pricing standard (or MSRP) of their makers, brands, and designers.

 

ACCOUNTS WITH LIVING COLLECTIVE

You are not required to make an account with Living Collective but doing so will provide you with an easier expedited checkout process as well as keeping your orders, shipments, and returns accessible and organized for your reference.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new items but if you are not happy with your online purchase for any reason you may return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached.

We cannot refund your original shipping cost but we do allow free returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the allotted 30 days. Contact us at hello@living-collective.com for your free return label (once issued, your USPS shipping label will be valid for 1 week). Please allow 7 to 14 days from the time you mail your return for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your transaction has been completed.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items received after the allotted 30 days.

Swimwear, earrings, nail decals, pins, patches, items that are reduced over 50% and items marked "FINAL SALE" on the website in the item's product description are exempt from the above policy and will not be accepted as a return or exchange.

Pop up shops and market vending have site specific return policies. Please contact us at hello@living-collective.com if you have any questions. 

SIZING

This chart as a general guide to compare sizing on our various garments. Please note that each brand varies on sizing and silhouette and we will do our best to specify how a certain item runs in our product descriptions (if they differ from standard sizing). If you have specific sizing questions please contact us at hello@living-collective.com.
 

How to get accurate measurements with a cloth tape measure (not metal) against bare skin (do not measure over clothes): 
  • Bust: Measure the circumference of your chest starting at the fullest part of your bust and wrapping the tape under your arms around your back and shoulder blades. 
  • Waist: Measure the circumference of your natural waistline by measuring around your waist above your belly button and below your rib cage. 
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure to keep the take level around your backside for accuracy. 
  • Inseam: Measure the length from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
